Tank and Secondary Containment Assessment Irerracon <br /> Lustre-Cal Facility Lodi, CA <br /> April 22, 2019 Terracon Project No. NA197014 <br /> three hazardous waste storage tanks. The identification numbers for these tanks are as follows: <br /> T1 — (CA093004TAD) and T2 — (H16303000), and T8, T9 and T10 (EPA ID# CAR000154922). <br /> Tank/System Site Inspection: <br /> Our office conducted our primary site inspection for the purpose of assessing the waste water <br /> tanks, hazardous waste storage tanks, and secondary containment on March 20, 2019 at 1:00 <br /> PM. Garret Hubbart, P.E. and Tony Mikacich from our Lodi office met on site with Rob Krager. <br /> A visual inspection, which included photographs illustrated below, was completed. <br /> Measurements were taken in the field to confirm accuracy of plan drawings, and for seismic <br /> calculation purposes. Tank construction, piping and ancillary equipment, and material storage <br /> information was noted. <br /> Photo 1 - Looking due East at the two 2hp pumps and piping that feeds both left and right into the <br /> secondary holding tanks which house the two 330 gallon waste water capture tanks (T1 and T2). <br /> Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable <br />
