A hard copy will be mailed to the facility <br /> address later this week. <br /> Please note that the tank inspection revealed several items that the facility will need to address in order to validate the <br /> report. Those items are summarized in Section 4 of the Tank Assessment Report. Document that these items are <br /> addressed and retain that documentation with your records as applicable. <br /> Also,just a reminder that Broadbase will need to submit a response to the County describing that that the tank <br /> assessment and the multiple items listed in the County Inspection Report have been addressed, when applicable.
