SECTION 1—INTRODUCTION <br /> This report details the hazardous waste tank assessment performed at the Broadbase, Inc. Jiffy Lube franchise <br /> located at 500 E. Kettleman Lane in Lodi, California. <br /> The tank system being assessed begins at the drain pans (sumps) located at each of the three service bays and <br /> includes pumps,ancillary equipment,a double walled tank,and terminates at the vendor pump out connection. <br /> The tank system described above was visually inspected for damage and imperfections in construction, <br /> installation, and use,as well as liquid tightness. The tank system was found to contain leaks in the flexible piping <br /> connected to the tank. Otherwise, it appeared free of visible damage and imperfections in construction, <br /> installation,and use.
