This certification is valid upon properly addressing emergency <br /> venting, signage and leakage associated with the tank, piping adjacent to the tank,and any other items called out <br /> in Section 4 Recommendations. <br /> The undersigned Engineer, whom is trained and experienced in the proper installation of tank systems, has, or <br /> someone under his direct supervision has, inspected and documented the system or component for the presence <br /> o£ weld cracks or breaks; scrapes of protective coatings; corrosion; any structural damage or inadequate <br /> construction or installation [CCR§66265.192(k)(9)]. All new tanks and ancillary equipment has been inspected <br /> for tightness prior to being placed in use. The results of the inspection(s) have been documented in this <br /> assessment. Tank system integrity and/or leak test requirements are in compliance with all local requirements <br /> known at the time of assessment [CCR§66265.192(k)(10)]. <br /> The undersigned Engineer is familiar with the requirements of Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br /> Chapter 15, Article 10, Section 66265.192 0) and (k) and has, or someone under his supervision has, visited and <br /> inspected the facility.
