The <br /> black 55 gallon steel drum has a completed hazardous waste label identifying it as a drum for used coolant/antifreeze. <br /> Lawrence Escobedo confirmed that the white poly drum is where the waste coolant/antifreeze is stored. The black 55 <br /> gallon steel drum is partially full of an unknown liquid.
