The <br /> black 55 gallon steel drum has a completed hazardous waste label identifying it as a drum for used coolant/antifreeze. <br /> Lawrence Escobedo confirmed that the white poly drum is where the waste coolant/antifreeze is stored and that the <br /> hazardous waste label affixed to the black 55 gallon steel drum is meant for the waste coolant. The white poly drum which <br /> is '/4 full of hazardous waste antifreeze does not have any hazardous waste labeling information on it.
