The photos are attached and
named accordingly.
Item # 403: Now all the 55 gallon drums have rings. I requested them from Asbury Environmental and they provided
them, also they are on and bolts and nuts tightened. The
photos are attached and named accordingly.
Item # 502: Antifreeze waste tank assessment is being coordinated with our representative in charge at our Corporate
office, I received an email from him (earlier today) stating
he is still working on it, and as soon as we get it we will forward it to you.
Item # 503: The signature missing on our waste oil tank assessment is now there, and about the tank configuration
and other information is also being gathered by our
representative in charge at Corporate, which I will forward to you as soon as I get it.
Item # 507: The missing inspections were found in lower bay and they are labeled accordingly all in one PDF file.
Item # 601: I called and requested the coolant pick up immediately, and they finally showed up on the 7th. Attached
are the photo (ITEM#601A) where is marked on the label
the date of 05/07/18, and also the Asbury Environmental document (ITEM#601B) where it shows they picked up 50
gallons of waste coolant/antifreeze.
Item # 608: Attached are the photos of the 55 gallon drums all with date of when the accumulation started, including
the ones that have arrived after your visit.
