Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspections by tta, <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin; Ca�i!� ���y- <br />Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />6. Destroy the abandoned domestic well (permit number 77-1464) under permit and inspe�;�b� '�r�{ <br />the- Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Developmenic � ����t <br />Section 9-1115.5(e). <br />7. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operatc,� {�a�;;:>� <br />report the use or storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental R�:�o�_`:�u _. <br />System (GFRs) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/and comply with the laws and regulations for the progra���` <br />listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases). Onsite treatment of hazardous waste —Hazardous Waste Treatment Tiered Perr�st�u����� <br />Program (HSC Sections 25404 & 25200 et sec. &California Code of Regulations (v��ol�',��:5 <br />Title 22, Section 67450.1 et sec.) <br />c. Reportable quantities of hazardous materials -reportable quantities are 55 gallons or ran <br />of liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, uL�rti� ����'�� <br />exceptions.
