Violations 101 & 117-Reactivate your facility's hazardous waste EPA ID number.Attached is the Department of <br /> Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC) application instructions and application to reactive the ID number.The <br /> application should be sent to DTSC for processing. Here are links to DTSC's website for more information about <br /> how to apply for the EPA ID number and DTSC's Regulatory Assistance Office (RAO) . <br /> New EPA number website: https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> RAO: https://dtsc.ca.gov/regulatory-assistance-office/ <br /> 2. Violations 110& 113 - Manifests for the disposal of used antifreeze for the past three years (2015-2018)were <br /> not provided. If you do not have these manifests, provide a written explanation as to why you do not have these <br /> manifests, and include how much used antifreeze your business generates in one year. Please note that used <br /> antifreeze and used oil should not be mixed together, as they are two different waste streams. <br /> 3. Violation 608- <br /> A. Bill of lading/manifests for the used oil filters for 2017 and 2015 were not provided. If you do not have <br /> these disposal records, provide a written explanation as to why you do not have these disposal records, and <br /> include how many used oil filters your business generates in one year. <br /> B. A disposal record for only one drum of used oil filters was provided, however there were two drums of used <br /> oil filters lacking accumulation start dates observed at the time of inspection.
