Facility is not maintained to minimise the release of hazardous waste. The north end of the shop <br /> has a trench soaked in oil. The surrounding areas have absorbent soaked in oil not cleaned. <br /> Immediately clean the area free of oil and dispose the waste generated according to title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulation. Submit proof of corrective action by 8/6/10. <br /> 20. Facility has a 20 gallon drum storing waste solvent waste in the painting area with accumulation <br /> start date missing. Pursuant to California Code of Regulation section 66262.34(f) a HW storage <br /> container must be labeled with at least the following information. the word "Hazardous Waste", name <br /> and address of generator, accumulation start date, physical state, hazardous property and content. <br /> Immediately dispose of the HW according to title 22 HW regulation and submit disposal record to this <br /> office by 8/6/10. <br /> 31. Facility lack tank assessment for the existing tank storing used oil. Immediately preform a tank <br /> assessment according to title 22 CCR section 66265.191. Submit proof of corrective action to this office <br /> by 8/6/10. <br /> 49. Facility's personnel training record lack job description. Pursuant to CCR section 66265.16 <br /> personnel training record must at least include the following information, name of employee, job title, job <br /> description, and the training received. Provide proof of corrective action. <br /> Notes <br /> A copy of the return to compliance certification must be submitted with the requested documents to this <br /> office by 8/6/10. <br /> 1 - 55 gallon drum containing drained used filters was open the lid was put on the drum by the manager. <br /> Free CUPA class information was provided <br /> Facility generated 53 tons of waste in 2009 <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($115). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: f Title: <br /> d\ <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 06/01/10 ✓ CONTINUATION FORM <br />
