Recommend course: HW& UW& Basic Autho Industry & SPCC & CERS - In 2011 year, facility generated approx. 1155 gal (4.62 Ton) of used antifreeze, 5710 gal (22.84 Ton) of used oil and 2.39 Tons of manifested waste = 31.47 Tons of HW (hazardous waste). - In 2012 year, facility generated approx. 1525 gal (6.1 Ton) of used antifreeze, 12,530 gal (50.12 Ton) of used oil and 4.37 Tons of manifested waste = 60.59 Tons of HW. - Outdoor storage contains DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) empty drums & totes. To be return to supplier Brenntag, return deposit. - In Service Dept, nearby Oil Room, is DPF (diesel particulate filter) machinery + oven that burns ashes in placed into 5 gallon bucket HW contents as sand blast media, lead'. - HW tank assessment for used oil and used antifreeze last performed 12/2008. New assessment due by 12/2013, every 5 years. - SPCC states there is approx 2700 gal capacity of assorted petroleum. HMBP states there is approx 2330 gal capacity. Both plan inconsistent with individual tank capacity & petroleum contents not specific. - SPCC written 06//2007. 5 year reviewed & signed by Corp Enviro Cdr. - Records of daily/ monthly checklist HM (haz material) & storage area located with Admin Stacie. - Received copy of lab analysis CAM 17 Metal for paint booth filters done 07/2011. Facility dispose filters as HW. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
