No exposed waste was observed. Continuation of violation from <br /> last inspection. The facility was instructed to repair erosion channels prior to the next inspection (September <br /> 2019). <br /> a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure. <br /> b. Provide adequate erosion control. <br /> c. The EHD will maintain the violation on the inspection report until all site work is finished. If violation is not <br /> corrected by the next quarterly inspection (September 2019), further enforcement may result. Amount of$152 <br /> will be charged if site is out of compliance during quarterly inspection. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Observed a tire east of the fenced area containing the dumpster. <br /> 2. Broken glass was observed at the north opening of the fenced area containing the dumpster. <br /> 3.
