Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the above waste, and manage it according the Title 22 <br />hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation including a copy of the disposal <br />receipts explaining how this waste was managed. This is a minor violation. <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br />Marking on Hazardous Waste Label has completely faded on a 55 -gallon drum behind the store, and is therefore <br />considered to have been on site over 180 days. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per <br />month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br />Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy <br />of the manifest to the EHD.
