The site was <br /> inspected September 22, 2006 (Standard Observation Sheet attached). This inspection found no <br /> significant drainage improvements needed. The Local Enforcement Agency called our attention <br /> to animal burrows on the side of the landfill, which we filled with soil after applying smoke <br /> "bombs"to the holes. <br /> Now that the vegetation is established, the site is not very vulnerable to erosion due to the low <br /> precipitation received(approximately 8 inches annually). <br /> If you have any questions, please call me at(209) 468-8504. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> W.
