The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EL CAMINO TIRES (WILSON) as of December 23, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 02, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the east side of the shop: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum (full)containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> -One black 40 gallon trash can (full)containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One green 5 gallon trash can (full)containing paper oil filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> In the west side of the shop: <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (1/2 full)had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br /> hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste." <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (3/4 full)was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full)had a hazardous waste label that was missing the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full)had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not see <br /> the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste." <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full)had a hazardous waste label that was covered. Did not <br /> see the hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste." <br /> -One red 15 gallon steel drum(1/4 full)containing non crushed/punctured metal oil filters was missing a hazardous <br /> waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
