acility Number: <br /> SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT <br /> 39-AA-0026 <br /> 16. Self Monitoring: <br /> The owner/operator shall submit the results of all self monitoring programs to the Enforcement Agency within 30 days of the end <br /> of the reporting period(for example, I st quarter =January—March, the report is due by April 30, etc.. Information required on <br /> an annual basis shall be submitted with the 4th quarter monitoring report, unless otherwise stated.) <br /> Program Reporting Frequency <br /> 1. A record of weather conditions shall be maintained. The record shall include:rainfall,wind Keep on site and available upon <br /> conditions,and unusual meteorological occurrences. requested of LEA <br /> 2. A report of quantities of yard waste received at the facility,finished product removed from the <br /> facility,and waste removed from site,shall be provided to the LEA on a quarterly basis showing Quarterly to LEA <br /> monthly breakdowns. The records shall indicate the quantities in tons and include weight and <br /> record data. The records shall be submitted to the LEA by the 151'day of the subsequent month. <br /> 3. Samples shall be analyzed for constituents required pursuant to 14 <br /> CCR, Section 17887. <br /> 7. Finished compost will be analyzed for metals as specified in 14 CCR, Section 17887 Monthly to LEA <br /> 8.
