In your first paragraph you asked for a <br /> written determination as to whether or not the Negative Declaration prepared for the above Site <br /> Approval Application was still adequate. I hope that the following discussion will help you to <br /> answer that question. <br /> In the third paragraph you indicated that the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> (CIWMB) has requested that the Environmental Health Department (EHD) provide evidence that <br /> the environmental setting surrounding the facility has not changed since the 1993 Negative <br /> Declaration was filed. If it helps, no discretionary land use applications have been approved for <br /> the adjacent properties. <br /> The property and the surrounding property remain zoned AG-40. The Community Development <br /> Department approved building permits for a single-family residence, a pump, and an accessory <br /> building on Assessor Parcel No. 093-100-18 adjacent to-the project site.
