Michael indicated that the <br /> outstanding violation of the SMS has not been complied with . The 90-day timeline of the NOI is up on May 31 , 2010. <br /> Since the SMS violation may still be outstanding by May 31 , we have to prepare to include the facility in the Inventory. <br /> We have to prepare two letters ; one to the owner/operator and another to the County Board of Supervisors (BOS). <br /> Therefore, please send me the full address for the BOS , so I may get ready. Also , as you know, within 15 days of the <br /> Inventory inclusion of the facility, the LEA is required to issue a Compliance Schedule per 14 CCR Section 18365 that <br /> causes the owner/operator to comply. <br /> This message serves as our consultation with the LEA, per 18364.
