That action was a result of a chronic repeat violation of the following State <br /> Minimum Standards (SMS) : <br /> • Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Section 17863 — Report of Composting Site <br /> Information <br /> The DRRR has since received the Local Enforcement Agency' s (LEA) monthly inspection report <br /> for the month of June 2010 documenting correction of the above SMS , The LEA inspection <br /> report indicated that the owner/operator has proposed to move the material in question (rice <br /> hulls) to the steer manure product area and out of the compost area. The LEA considers that the <br /> proposed plan corrects the violation but will continue to monitor the progress until the proposed <br /> completion in September 2010. <br /> Therefore, the ScottsRegionalComposting Facility isherebyremoved from the Inventory.
