I i Facility Number: SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT 394A- 0026 12, Legal Description of Facility: Tie legal description of this Facility is contained in appendix 7 of the Report of Composting Site Information, dated !2 1994, 13. Findings: a, This permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan, which was approved by the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) on February 18. 1992. 'rhe location of the facility is identified in the Nondisposal Facility Element, pursuant to Public Resources Code (PRC) §50001 (a). b. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the CIWMB, pursuant to PRC §44010, c. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by the enforcement agency, pursuant to PRC §44009. it. The Linden•Peters Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in PRC §44151 . e. A Notice of Determination was filed with the State Clearinghouse (SCH #93102034) and certified by the San Joaquin County Community Developmew Department on December 1 . 1993. The Notice of Determination describes and supports the design and operation which will be authorized by the issuance of this permit. A Notice ofDete rr ination was filed with the State Clearinghouse on December 20, 1993. I, The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with, and designated in, the applicable general plan: San Joaquin County Community Development Department, Planning Division. PRC §50000.5(a). g. On December 19, 1993, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department, Planning Division made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation, as required in PRC §50000.5(a). h. On December 19, 200I , the San Joaquin County Community Development Department, Planning Division reviewed SA493- 41 and made a written finding that the proposed changes are consistent with the existing site approval. 14. Prohibitions; The permittee is prohibited from accepting the following wastes: Hazardous, radioactive, medical (as defined in Chapter 6.1, Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code), liquid, designated, or other wastes requiring special treatment or handling, except as identified in the Report of Composting Site Information and approved amendments thereto and as approved by the enforcement agency and other federal, state and local agencies. The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items; Liquid wastes or slurries, Medical wastes, Dead animals, Hazardous wastes and designated wastes, Ash, Sludges, Food wastes, Cannery wastes, and Contaminated soil. 15.
