Amend page 1-5, section LEA, "Waste Types"to <br /> include: Humus (bark fines),Grape Pumice, Olive Pumice, Rice Hulls, Chicken Manure, Steer Manure, <br /> and Paper Waste. Additional Agricultural Materials or Green Materials,as defined by Title 14 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 17852, may be composted at this facility. <br /> The definitions of Agricultural Material and Green Material are pasted below for your information. Note <br /> that the facility, under the current permit,cannot compost food material, biosolids, mixed solid waste <br /> (MSW),hazardous waste, medical waste, radioactive waste or dead animals. <br /> T14 CCR 17852(a)(5) "Agricultural Material" means material of plant or animal origin, which result from <br /> the production and processing of farm, ranch, agricultural, horticultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, <br /> floricultural,vermicultural, or viticultural products, including manures, orchard and vineyard prunings, and <br /> crop residues. <br /> T14 CCR 17852(a)(21) "Green Material" means any plant material that is separated at the point of <br /> generation, contains no greater than 1.0 percent of physical contaminants by weight, and meets the <br /> 3/2/2007 <br />
