The permit modifications <br /> consist of updates to the California state regulations referenced by the SWFP and typos in the SWFP. <br /> The EHD finds that the proposed permit changes qualify for a modified SWFP since the changes are <br /> nonmaterial changes as specified in T27 CCR§21563(d)(5).
