I've closed all violations based on this RTC except for violation#203.
Once I receive copies of the 2019 Monitoring System Certification, 2017 Monitoring System Certification, 11/15/2019
Overfill test results, and 11/30/2019 Secondary Containment test results then I can close#203 out.
Regarding your CERS you mentioned on the phone yesterday, it looks like your UST CERS submittal was already accepted
in May 2020 but it looks like your Hazardous Materials Inventory for your Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)
contained obsolete hazard categories. I linked 2 guidance documents below that may be helpful.
Your HMBP CERS submittals are separate from the UST CERS submittals. The HMBP submittals include submittals for:
Facility Information, Hazardous Materials Inventory, and Emergency Response&Training Plans. These should be
submitted annually by January 15 but can be submitted as early as November 1 of the previous year. For example, your
2021 HMBP CERS submittals should be made between 11/1/2020 until 1/15/2021. 1 can see there is not yet a submittal
for 2021,you can submit your 2021 HMBP submittals now until 1/15/2021. For additional HMBP CERS help there is a
staff member who can help you specifically with the HMBP CERS submittals but a paid appointment is required to be
schedule with our office.
HMBP Guidelines:
https://www.s*gov.org/uploadedfiles/sic/departments/ehd/forms/hmbp%20guidelines.pdf
New Federal Hazard Categories CERS Reporting Guidance:
1
