According to Aaron Ngo,the waste is <br /> taken to the household hazardous waste facility for disposal. The"household"side is used and not the"business" <br /> side so a receipt is not gotten. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start to dispose of the waste properly and keep three years worth disposal <br /> records for the used oil,oil filter,and oily absorbent waste. Submit a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection for used oil,oily absorbent,and used oil filters.
