Date: 08/31/2021 <br />Manufacturer training: NOV, 01/02/22 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Witnessed secondary containment testing of the following: <br />-All product piping, vent piping, vapor recovery piping, and chase piping, including soap testing. All passed. <br />-All under dispenser containment sumps (UDCs). Four of six passed. The UDC in the southeast corner had a stuck gauge <br />which was not discovered until all vacuum was released from the UDC. The center north UDC failed testing. Both will need to <br />be retested. <br />*This facility is NOT approved to operate. For additional testing needed, see the approval letter dated October 8, 2020. <br />To minimize person to person contact, EHD is choosing to write the name of the person receiving the report instead of having <br />them sign. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
