Wet interstice tanks REQUIRE all liquids to be removed from the tank primary 72 -hours <br /> before testing can begin . No liquid can be added or removed to the tank interstice during <br /> the 72 -hour period . <br /> 5 . Spill Bucket Testing : <br /> a . Spill Buckets are pneumatically tested . A leak rate is calculated and could indicate a leak <br /> within the spill bucket . <br /> b . If a leak is detected the contractor will be directed to the leak and a repair of the spill bucket <br /> will be completed . <br /> Reporting : <br /> 1 . Reports consist of a two -page written document summarizing the data collected at each site . <br /> 2 . Each component in the system is listed and certified individual . <br /> 3 .
