(MN 157-275x43) <br /> Municipal Utilities Department--Storm Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is not within the City's storm system. please contact the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works for information regarding the availability of <br /> storm drakMe(209)468-3M. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Cornmissiion of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, flees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> Other Comments <br /> The ownerldeveloper stag be responsible for all costs involved in the design and <br /> wdenslon of all sewer mains and laterals to serge this project in accordance with City <br /> standards, including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the <br /> City's Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project is located in a County area, County permits for work done in the <br /> street right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Depastrnent requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General <br /> Plan Amendmont, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master <br /> planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer and water <br /> services to the subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before <br /> connection to City utilities is allowed. <br />
