I explained the reason for my arrival and the manager stated having no
knowledge of any complaint similar of nature occurring during any of her shifts. She continued to explain that the bread that is
used for the McMullin is frozen upon delivery, then thawed at room temperature where it is provided with an expiration sticker.
The sticker allows the associates on site to know if the bread can be used if it is used before the date and time labeled on the
sticker. The manager then explained that the bread is monitored once opened from the package as it must go through the
oven then it must undergo the process of preparation through the preparation table, in which multiple eyes are on the product
before it is wrapped. I explained that at the time, the bread may have been moldy and slipped past the preparation staff before
being wrapped.Advise to monitor the food preparation process with a closer eye in order to ensure another complaintof this
nature is not placed again. The manager agreed and will let the other managers working there know as well.
Observed no violations during this time.
Official inspection report mailed to facility.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0000972 C00051887 SCO04 05/01/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
