Telephone: (209)931-8994 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052855 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THIS FACILITY HAS SEVERAL VIOLATIONS AND HEALTH ISSUES. THE WHOLE PLACE IS <br /> FILTHY, DRAINS CLOGGED AND SMELLS BAD, FOOD OPEN AND NOT CLEANED, FLOORS FILTHY,AND FLOOR <br /> DRAINS CLOGGED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, I asked the staff to direct me to the direction in which I can speak with a person in charge.The associate stated <br /> that there is currently no manage on site at this time due to them leaving. I asked for them to alert the store manager by <br /> sending them a message, then began to conduct my inspection. The facility contains food build up underneath most cooking <br /> equipment, mainly underneath the preparation table in the center of the kitchen area.There is grease build up near the deep <br /> fryer on the left-hand side. The facility also contains a floor drain that is clogged near the chicken preparation area and <br /> chicken walk in cooler.
