The overgrown vegetation could pose a fire hazard. a. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site inspection could easily be conducted and to prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. X 20530 - Site Security Comments: Portions of fence on the south property boundary were broken. P. Make the necessary repairs to the fence to provide site security. 16i pectlon Report Comments:; Notes: A. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: VW 4 - 0.0; VW 6 shallow - 0.5, deep - 0.0; VW 5 shallow - 0.0, deep - 0.1; VP 4 - 8.2; VP 3 - 7.8; VP 2 - 6.1; VP 1 - 4.4; EW 1 - 1.5; EW 2 - 9.2. B. Small amount of litter observed at the east side of the property. Remove litter. C. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received request from Owner/Operator to reduce gas monitoring frequency from quarterly to annually, since measuring landfill gas concentrations within the probes have been less than 5% by volume since December 2006. The EHD has reviewed request and agrees to change gas monitoring frequency for the Owner/Operator. The EHD will continue to conduct quarterly inspection at this site and reserves the right to change monitoring frequency if necessary. Owner/Operator should schedule the joint annual inspection with the EHD 30 days in advance. Owner/Operator is required to submit a document indicating agreement with these terms and conditions.
