S Of Dow, Stockton <br />95201 <br />Natalia Subbotnikova <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUDUC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 74 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern , <br />V ` A Regulations <br />x <br />20750 - Site Maintenance <br />Comments: The areas around wells and at the northwest side of the property were covered by overgrown <br />vegetation. The overgrown vegetation could pose a fire hazard. <br />The lock on the VW -5 did not function as intended. <br />a. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site inspection could easily be conducted and to <br />prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the <br />environment. <br />b. Replace the lock on VW -5. <br />X <br />20530 -Site Security <br />Comments: Portions of fence on the south property boundary were broken. Continuation of AC from the last <br />inspection. <br />a. Make the necessary repairs to the fence to provide site security. <br />Inspection <br />Report Comments: <br />Notes: <br />A. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: <br />VW 3 - 0.0; VW 6 shallow —1.4, deep - 0.1; VW 7 shallow - 0.0, deep - 0.0; VW 8 shallow - 0.0, deep - 0.0 VP 4 — 9.6; <br />VP 3-9.1; VP 2-7.7; VP 1 -4.2; EW 1 - 5.5; EW 2-3.5. <br />B. Observed waste/used tires at the east side of the property and small amount of litter at the southwest corner of the <br />property. Remove waste/used tires and litter. <br />
