Continuation of Violation from the last inspection. <br />a. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site inspection could easily be conducted and to <br />prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the <br />environment. <br />Notes: <br />A. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%: <br />VW 1 — 0.0; VW 2- 0.0; VW 3 - 0.0; VW 4 — 0.0; VW 5 shallow — 0.0, deep — 0.0; VW 6 shallow — 0.0, deep - 0.0; VW 7 <br />shallow - 0.0, deep - 0.0; VW 8 shallow - 0.0, deep - 0.0; VW 9 — 0.0; VW 10 — 0.0; VP 4 — 2.3; VP 3 — 0.4; VP 2 — 0.0; <br />VP 1 — 0.0; EW 1 — 4.3; EW 2 — 6.0. <br />B. Small amount of litter observed on the northwest side of the property. Remove all litter. <br />C. RWQCB agreed that on-site groundwater issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. The EHD approved the <br />permit application and the work plan for the wells destruction on December 1, 2011. On December 9, 2011 three water <br />monitoring wells have been destroyed in presence of the EHD and URS representatives. <br />D. Previous AC cleared. <br />
