Legal Description of Facility: Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI):The facility is located at 1333 East Turner Road,Lodi,CA,Northeast quarter of Section 6 T3N R7E EMDB&M and Southeast quarter of Section 31 T4N R7E EMDB&M and Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 6 T3N R7E EMDB&M. 13. Findings: a. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB),PRC,Section 44010. b. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined by the LEA and the CIWMB staff on May 19, 1997. c. The Lodi Fire Department has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public Resources Code,Section 44151. d. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has been approved by the CIWMB. In accordance with Section 5000 L(a)(2), San Joaquin County Public Works Department has determined that the facility is consistent with approved locaTNon-disposal Facility Elements and the County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan. e. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable general.plan:Lodi Cily Planning Department. Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). E The City of Lodi Planning Department made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility operation, as required in Public Resources Code,Section Public Resources Code 50000.5(b) g. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination),has been filed with the State Clearing House(#90020924)for all facilities that are not exempt from CEQA and documents pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21081.6. 14. Prohibitions: The permittee is prohibited from accepting the following wastes: Hazardous,radioactive,medical(as defined in Chapter 6.1,Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code),liquid,designated,or other wastes requiring special treatment or handling,except as identified in the Report of Facility Information and approved amendments thereto and as approved by the enforcement agency and other federal,state,and local agencies. The Permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: Disposal of large dead animals or septic tank pumpings;Open burning;Scavenging. 15.
