Dixon
County Administrator
County of San Joaquin
Courthouse , Room 707
222 East Leber Avenue
Stockton , Ca . 95202
Dear Mr. Dixon :
Sanitary City Disposal Co . , Inc. has for sometime
held a permit with the San Joaquin Local Health District
for the operation of a large volume Transfer Station
Facility . To better accommodate increasing volumes the
City of Lodi issued a use permit to Sanitary City for an
additional 2 acre, expansion directly south of its present
facility• As a result of our efforts to expand , it was
necessary that our permit be reviewed and updated by the
San Joaquin Local Health District and the State Solid
Waste Management Board .
As of this date the San Joaquin Local Health District
has revised our permit , reflecting all the necessary
changes required . Also , both the State Solid Waste
Management Board and the San Joaquin Local Health District
have inspected the site and given their tentative approval .
your .
erty"iroi?oiertt
1 s 021 r
help us
help you CIQI
