Attach a plot plan of the premises showing location of existing and proposed improvements. See Attachment B In order that the Planning Commission may make the determinations prescribed by law, it is necessary that the following statements be completed. (If additional space is needed, please use additional sheets and attach.) 1. Please describe the relationship of the proposed use to the other uses in the general area, giving special consideration to degree of compatibility of uses. We are expanding current operations in accordance with Solid Waste Facilities Permit 39-AA-017. (Attachment C) General area has been recently reviewed in EIR 78-5. 2. Please describe methods (i.e., location, design, orientation, etc. of improvement such as builiings, drives, walks, fences and walls and land- scaping) which will be used to enhance the compatibility of the present neighborhood uses with the proposed use. Transfer station building will be oriented so as to mimimize the negative visual impact of the refuse. The Wall facing the street (future Turner Road) will be constructed. to include slumpstone pillars and cyclone fencing with redwood slats Chain link fencing with redwood slats will be constructed on the east and west property lines.
