A business plan shall include the <br /> following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but <br /> not limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually since 12/7/16. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br /> each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the <br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 18, 2020. <br /> Assistance with CERS access, password reset, and submittal was provided at the time of inspection. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
