The emergency response procedures have not been submitted since 12/7/16. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually since 12/7/16. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by November 18, 2020. Assistance with CERS access, password reset, and submittal was provided at the time of inspection. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an appointment, please call (209)468-3420. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
