Testing was last <br /> performed on 12/03/2018 and was due by 10/2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Notification shall be provided to the CUPA at least 48 hours in advance of testing. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The EHD will not accept these results and testing must be rescheduled with a 48-hour <br /> notification. Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 112 CCR 2638, 26410), 2715(f) Failure to have properly qualified service technician test leak detection equipment every <br /> 12 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were previously performed on <br /> 12/03/2018 testing was due 10/2018.
