The most recent <br /> financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 12/03/2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 107 CCR 2632(d), 2641(h), 2711(a) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is <br /> performed. <br /> OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. UST Monitoring Site Plan is lacking <br /> some essential elements,for example,the piping layout: On your site plan please identify locations of all required <br /> map elements: "UST monitoring plans must include a Site Plan showing the general tank and piping layouts and the <br /> locations where monitoring is performed (i.e., location of each sensor, line leak detector, monitoring system control <br /> panel, etc. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be <br /> performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and piping and clearly identify locations of the <br /> following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring system control panels; 2) in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak <br /> detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices <br /> monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices <br /> monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and <br /> 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 111 CCR 2638, 26410),2715(f) Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment every 12 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: The annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were last performed on <br /> 12/03/2018 and were due by 12/2019. Testing has not been completed and is six(6)months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD.
