Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />October 26, 2021 <br />CANEPA ET AL <br />6230 PACIFIC AVE <br />STOCKTON, CA 95207 <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Subject: SR0082395 — Canepas Car Wash - 6230 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95207 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the analytical <br />results of the soil samples taken from beneath the underground storage tank that was removed <br />from the above subject site on September 15, 2020. <br />This letter confirms the completion of the tank removal investigation for the underground storage <br />tank identification numbers 10181251-001, 10181251-002, 10181251-003, and 10181251-004. <br />With the provision that the information provided to this agency was accurate and representative <br />of existing conditions, it is our position that no further action is required at this time. <br />Please be advised that this letter does not relieve the subject site owner of any liability under <br />the California Health and Safety Code or Water Code for past, present, or future operations at <br />the site, nor does it relieve the owner of the responsibility to clean up existing, additional or <br />previously unidentified conditions at the site which cause or threaten to cause pollution or <br />nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or public health. <br />Additionally, be advised that changes in the present or proposed use of the site may require <br />further site characterization and gation activity.
