Corrective Action Statements <br /> Item#102 Repeat violation, Class II. CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> -Ten black metal 55-gallon drums of primer, two black five-gallon buckets of paint, and a one-gallon <br /> metal container of unknown contents were observed next to the hazardous waste storage area. The <br /> HSEQ Engineer, Denisse Vignon, stated that this is material that they are no longer using. Any person <br /> who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a <br /> hazardous waste determination for the primer, paint and unknown material and manage it according <br /> the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining <br /> how this waste was managed. <br /> We have conducted Hazardous Waste Determinations for the referenced materials. We offer the following <br /> information: <br /> The ten black metal 55-gallon drums of primer are not a waste but a raw material.
