Corrective Action Statements <br /> -Three yellow one-gallon containers of corrosive material was observed in the hazardous waste storage <br /> area without labels. The three yellow containers have been identified as non-hazardous waste(using new <br /> procedure for identification of waste)and current labels will be updated accordingly. <br /> -One black one-gallon container was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without a label. <br /> The one-gallon container has been identified as a non-hazardous base paint and identified as <br /> "empty", it has been disposed accordingly. <br /> -One black container of thinner was observed in the hazardous waste storage area without a label. <br /> The thinner container has been identified as "RCRA empty"and meets the "Drip/dry standard", it has been <br /> disposed of accordingly. <br /> All containers noted above, have been labeled appropriately as required. To prevent labeling issues in the <br /> future, we have made the following improvements: <br /> • We have revised our weekly hazardous waste inspection form <br /> • We have obtained additional labels and label stations will be placed at key locations in the facility. <br /> • Key employees will be refresher-trained on waste labeling <br /> • Our facility EHS Coordinator will be attending a technical hazardous waste training in 12/2018. <br /> • Annual site-wide waste training will be conducted ahead of schedule. <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br />
