The missing manifests are: <br /> -020351004JJK(7-31-2019) <br /> 020350666JJK(9-11-2019) <br /> -020351075JJK(7-2-2019) <br /> -01 3897392JJK(5-24-2019) <br /> -01 3897393JJK(5-2-2019) <br /> -013897488JJK(3-22-2019) <br /> -020351266JJK((11-17-20) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control(DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil filters or fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION:This facility generates drained used metal oil filters. A complete three year bill of lading record for <br /> used oil filter recycling was not observed during the inspection. Bilis of lading were not observed for the following <br /> date range: 10-27-2017 to 10-27-2019 The following bills of lading contained incomplete information: <br /> -Operator contracts a third party vendor(wafts Equipment Co.)to service forklifts at the shop. Bill of ladings <br /> observed lacking quantity of used oil filters being transferred. <br /> Note: Inspector gave operator a used oil filter receipt form,Operator contacted Wafts Equipment Co.and stated <br /> they will begin including the quantity in Bill of Lading from now on. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Persons generating,transporting,or receiving used metal oil filters shall use a bill of lading to record the transfer of <br /> used oil filters.Bills of lading must indicate generator,transporter,and receiving company names,addresses, <br /> telephone numbers,the quantity and size of used oil filter containers transferred,and the date of transfer.A copy of <br /> each bill of lading must be kept on the premises of the generator,transporter,and receiving facility where the used <br /> oil filters were handled.Copies of bills of lading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FAD016281 PRO528650 SCO01 10162020 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/162020 Page 4 of 5 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OR <br /> 1868 E.
