Employees are not trained on the modified contingency plan.When asked to provide the facility's modified <br /> contingency plan,Jeff Cox, Store Manager, did not know where the plan was located. Jeff also stated that he was <br /> not aware of the title"Emergency Coordinator,"which is a requirement on the modified contingency plan. Once the <br /> inspector provided Jeff a modified contingency plan template, Jeff realized he had the facility's modified contingency <br /> plan posted next to the telephone in his office and in each department. <br /> 2. See violation 605. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
