<br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste.
<br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers
<br /> were:
<br /> 1.A State-Regulated,Toxics, OTC Pharmaceuticals, Universal Waste Hazardous Waste container, storing
<br /> batteries, Ky Lubricant,Amazing Greens drink powder, and a Lysol liquid cleaner,was missing the name of the
<br /> generator on the hazardous waste label.
<br /> 2.A State-Regulated,Toxics, OTC Pharmaceuticals, Universal Waste Hazardous Waste container, storing liquid
<br /> floor cleaner, contour cream, hair gel, and an empty container of Arm& Hammer cat litter fragrance booster,was
<br /> missing the name of the generator on the hazardous waste label.
<br /> 3.An Aersols, Flammables, &Combustibles Hazardous Waste container, storing aerosol cans of Redi Whip,two
<br /> bottles of hard liquor, matches, and insect spray,was missing the name of the generator and the physical state on
<br /> the hazardous waste label.
<br /> 4.An Oxidizer Hazardous Waste container, storing Tide Washing Machine Cleaner,was missing the name of the
<br /> generator and the physical state on the hazardous waste label.
<br /> 5.A Corrosive Acidic Hazardous Waste container, storing a bottle of Kool-Aid Liquid,was missing the name of the
<br /> generator and the physical state on the hazardous waste label.
<br /> 6.A Toxic Pharmaceuticals Hazardous Waste container, storing contaminated warfarin containers, dropped
<br /> pharmaceutical pills, and used alcohol prep pads,was missing the name of the generator on the hazardous waste
<br /> label.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the
<br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition
<br /> (contents), accumulation start date
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Jeff Cox, Store Manager,who
<br /> corrected the hazardous waste labels. No further action is required to correct this violation.
<br /> This is a Class II violation.
<br /> Overall Inspection Comments:
<br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement
<br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting
<br /> paperwork, by 11/25/2020.

<br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate
