This department has been mailing billing statements to your address on
file. You are now operating a food facility without a valid Environmental Health Permit. Your
mobile food facility will be inactivated in 15 days if you do not pay for your health permit and
obtain an inspection from this department.
You can bring your vehicle to our department between the hours of 8 and 9 am, Monday
through Friday, to receive an inspection.
It has come to our attention that your mobile food facility (MFF) is also no longer operating
from an approved commissary. The California Retail Food Code requires that you operate
out of an approved commissary to service your vehicle at least once every day.
If you intend to continue the operation of your MFF and want to preclude the revocation of
your permit, you must submit the enclosed "Verification of Commissary" for approval within
15 days from the date of this letter.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact Melissa Nissim, Senior
Registered Environmental Health Specialist, at (209) 468-3168.
Adrienne Ellsaesser, REHS
Program Coordinator
