From the Desk of
David Vaccarezza
May 4, 1999
Thom Sanchez
District Manager
Central Valley Waste Services, Inc.
P.O. Box 241001
Lodi, CA 95241-9501
Dear Thom,
I received your letter dated April 19, 1999, concerning the
CC&R's I recently sent you. As you've suggested,.I do think it
would be a good idea to sit down to review and clarify any questions
there may be.
In the meantime, to clarify your immediate concern about my
efforts to redistribute the CC&R's, I have done so because the only
two responses that I have received from my numerous memos
continue to refer only to your company's "Good Neighbor Policy", or
Local Enforcement Agency standards. While I certainly appreciate
the above policy of your company and the L:E.A.'s governmental
efforts, they are not necessarily consistent with the standards set forth
in the property CC&R's.
The standards that CVWS accepted upon the purchase of the
real estate adjacent to my property are in fact the standards that are
bound by the Declaration of Commercial Covenants filed at the San
Joaquin County Recorder's office on November 1, 1996. The
CC&R's are specifically designed and tied to the adjoining property.
This criteria goes beyond the LEA standards for solid waste handling
and covers a great deal more in detail.
P.O.
