From the Desk of
David Vaccarezza.
August 31, 2000
Alex Oseguera, District Manager
Central Valley Waste Services, Inc.
P.O. Box 241001
Lodi, CA 95241-9501
Dear Alex,
I had hoped to hear back from you after our meeting on Tuesday concerning
the situation at my home site. Nevertheless, I did hear from Thom Sanchez, on
behalf of WMI, who wanted to pursue more information about my project.
Frankly, as I've stated before, I do not believe it is anyone's business what I
do on my side of the fence. Regardless, I have agreed to provide him the map that
he requested for documentation to his file.
This is the type of negative stuff that has been going on for the past three
years and seems to be the direction we continue on.
As a result, it is apparent that I'm being held to a different standard than
Vv7MI wants to be held to in our discussions about the Declaration of Commercial
Covenants and the San Joaquin Solid Waste Permit that VO4I is obligated to.
While I truly,appreciate your efforts to re-establish a friendly discussion-oriented
relationship, as opposed to a document to the record-type of relationship.
Unfortunately, I feel that it has become necessary to cover my butt and record into
the record all the violations and complaints as they arise.
I will continue to welcome your comments and hopefully you will be able to
honor WMI's commitment as stated in the Declaration of Commercial Covenants
and the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Facility Permit.
RAespIIYP,,,
David Vaccar rzza
P.O.
