MEMO
To: Alex Oseguera
From: Dave Vaccarezza
Date: January 16, 2001
Re: Follow-up to the 01/12/01 Meeting
Thank you. for your quick action in getting my "memorabilia"
back to me.
As we discussed, the wind storms have created a significant
litter problem on my property. Closing the doors to the building and
containing the debris on your property would be greatly appreciated.
In the meantime, I will send my crews in to clean-up the most recent
mess and then forward you an invoice for payment.
With regard to our discussion about the grinder, I am enclosing
a couple of photos of the "shrapnel" from the grinder. As I stated
Friday, Kandy and I request that you stop running the grinder. Our
reasons beyond the Declaration of Commercial Covenants are for the
safety of our children, employees and guests. We intend to develop
the area adjacent to the grinder into a play area., Clearly your
operation poses a dangerous, if not deadly, situation. You said that
you were working on something to move the grinder off-site. We
have been patient and cooperative and tolerant, however, I would
hope that within the next 30 days whatever you are working on will
come to fruition.
We look forward to correcting these situations as soon as
possible.
