The facility has always provided service to the public <br /> seven(7) days per week 7 A —5 PM. The previous SWFP that was issued February 26, <br /> 1992, allowed the facility to be open to the public seven(7) day per week between the <br /> hours of 7 AM_5PM. The EIR SCH#90020924 states in the project description that the <br /> facility will be open seven(7) days per week. The permit will require a change in hours of <br /> operation. <br /> TPR Facility has revised the TPR to include�new facility contacts as well as sorting equipment <br /> and an additional baler. <br /> CUP U 91-15 is in agreement with the EIR SCH#90020924 for the seven 7 daoperation. <br /> EIR The operation of the facility will remain the same. The changes to the facility are in the re <br /> configuration and the addition of some sorting equipment to increase the efficiency of the <br /> process. An additional baler will also be added. The existing buildings will remain the <br /> same. The waste stream will remain consistent with the waste proposed in the original <br /> document. The changes will not affect vehicle traffic,hours of operation,weight and <br /> volume limits. The changes are categorically exempt from CEQA in accordance with <br /> Title 14, California Code of Regulation, Section 15301. <br />
