Rr h ti L fT <br /> MAR 1 3 1992 <br /> PP ll,,``R <br /> AL HEALTH <br /> California Integrate se Management Board <br /> Permit Decision No. 92-07 <br /> February 26, 1992 <br /> WHEREAS, The County of San Joaquin Public Health Department, <br /> acting as Local Enforcement Agency, has submitted to the Board <br /> for its review and concurrence in, or objection to a new Solid <br /> Waste Facilities Permit for the California Waste Removal Systems <br /> Inc. Transfer Station; and <br /> WHEREAS, Board staff has evaluated the proposed permit for <br /> consistency with the standards adopted by the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board finds that all state and local <br /> requirements for this proposed permit have been met, including <br /> consistency with Board Standards, and compliance with the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the California <br /> Integrated Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permit No. 39-AA-0017. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Director of the California Integrated <br /> Waste Management Board does hereby certify that the foregoing is <br /> a full, true, and correct copy of a resolution duly and regularly <br /> adopted at a meeting of the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board held on February 26, 1992. <br /> Dated: <br /> Ra1pFi E.
